These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all sales, quotations, and transactions between Sculpturelover (“we”, “our”, or “us”) and the customer (“you”, “your”). By placing an order with Sculpturelover, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all products and services provided by Sculpturelover, including but not limited to:

  • Custom sculpture design and manufacturing

  • Material selection and fabrication

  • Packaging, logistics, and export services

  • After-sales support

Any special terms agreed in writing shall prevail over these general Terms.

2. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations provided by Sculpturelover are:

  • Based on the information and specifications provided by the customer

  • Valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated

  • Subject to final confirmation before production

Prices do not include:

  • Import duties or local taxes

  • Customs clearance fees at destination

  • Additional costs caused by design changes

3. Orders and Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed when:

  • The customer approves the final design or drawings

  • The required deposit payment is received

  • Written confirmation is issued by Sculpturelover

Once production begins, cancellations or major modifications may result in additional costs.

4. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms:

  • 30% deposit before production

  • 70% balance before shipment

Other payment terms may be agreed in writing for large or long-term projects.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Bank transfer (T/T)

  • Other methods as agreed between both parties

All bank charges are borne by the customer.

5. Production and Customization

All sculptures produced by Sculpturelover are custom-made according to client requirements.

Due to the nature of handcrafted products:

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur

  • These variations are considered normal and acceptable

The customer is responsible for confirming:

  • Dimensions

  • Materials

  • Surface finishes

  • Structural requirements

before production begins.

6. Production Time and Delivery

Production time depends on:

  • Project complexity

  • Material type

  • Quantity

  • Seasonal workload

Estimated delivery time is provided for reference only and may be affected by:

  • Force majeure

  • Shipping delays

  • Customs inspection

  • Client design changes

Sculpturelover is not liable for delays caused by third parties.

7. Packaging and Shipping

Sculpturelover provides professional export packaging suitable for international transportation.

Shipping terms may include:

  • EXW / FOB / CIF / DDP (as agreed)

Risk transfers to the customer once goods are handed over to the carrier.

Insurance is optional and recommended for large projects.

8. Inspection and Acceptance

The customer must inspect the goods upon receipt.

Any claims regarding:

  • Quantity

  • Damage

  • Defects

must be reported within 7 days after delivery.

Failure to notify within this period will be deemed as acceptance.

9. Returns and Refunds

Due to the customized nature of our products:

  • Returns are not accepted unless due to manufacturing defects

  • Refunds are only applicable if defects are confirmed

Sculpturelover does not accept returns based on:

  • Change of mind

  • Design preference

  • Incorrect information provided by customer

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, models, and concepts provided by Sculpturelover remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.

Customers may not:

  • Copy

  • Reproduce

  • Resell

  • Distribute

our designs without written permission.

11. Warranty and Liability

Sculpturelover guarantees that products are:

  • Manufactured according to confirmed specifications

  • Free from major manufacturing defects

Warranty does not cover:

  • Improper installation

  • Natural wear and tear

  • Environmental damage

  • Incorrect maintenance

Our liability is limited to the product value only.

12. Force Majeure

Sculpturelover shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • War or political events

  • Pandemics

  • Shipping disruptions

  • Government regulations

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the seller’s jurisdiction.

In case of dispute:

  • Both parties shall attempt to resolve through friendly negotiation

  • If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to competent courts

14. Amendments

Sculpturelover reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
